Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

The time period is divided into:

1) Processing time (1-2 working days)

We'll take care of your order, verify its accuracy, and confirm receipt of payment. Then, the order will be released for phase 2.

2) Delivery time

Once the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider, and you will receive an email with tracking information. After that, delivery time is approximately 10 to 15 business days. For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in multiple partial deliveries.

Germany: 8 - 15 working days*
Austria: 9 - 15 working days*
International: 10 - 20 working days*

Secured insured shipping (9.99 €):

Keep your order safe! Secured, insured shipping protects the full retail value of your shipment if it's lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.

*All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. Please allow up to 6 business days for shipping during peak periods. All delivery times exclude clearance/customs delays.
